Re: Looting update Q&A
Is it legal for robbers to ask for newbiefied things?
Re: Looting update Q&A
What newbiefied you would have that a robber would want?Jyrgen wrote:Is it legal for robbers to ask for newbiefied things?
Re: Looting update Q&A
It is illegal to ask for items that are not listed as "legal looting". So no, magical clothing / jewerly with skill abilities are a no go.
I mentioned this on the first page - but - when robbing (from a RP perspective) robbers should only ask for items that you're wearing and not for stuff they can't see. Sure they can ask for your gold, but if you give them 1 or 10000 gp's it makes do difference. They don't know how much you're carrying and if you do as told, they can't attack you either. Generally there isn't much more to loose/win in robbing.

Leather armor is best for sneaking, because it's literally made from hide.
Re: Looting update Q&A
I meant like if robbers are allowed to ask for tome, spellbook, druidbag, codex etc.

Ok, good to know.
Re: Looting update Q&A
As a sidenote, ofcourse they can be looted from you if you accidentally place them wrongly in your backpack.

Sure, but every time you use a rune in a spellbook, even normally, it requires a gate travel scroll.Vaux27 wrote:Then can Rune books become newbified, or at least looked at?

In my experience it makes no difference what you do or say when they come to rob you.
"Hand over your gold!"
-Here, here is all i have (You give em 3214 Gold coins)
"I dont belive you, now you die"
