A small reminder to all religions. I'll be checking the timers next week. If a player has -100 on altar (been 160 days without visiting the altar), you will be kicked from the religion.

Geez man, leave this job to HPs.
Indeed we do. But if the HP doesn't do his job then we have to. Almost half a year without visiting the altar doesn't really deserve the religion spot/benefits.

If HP doesnt do this then i guess he doesnt deserve the spot. Easy enough. I remember someone said wise words that: "GMs have too much control over religions". So true.

We interfere when it's necessary, but that's the Pangaean way. There is an example from the past when players were given total freedom over the religions and it turned out quite disastrous.

Simmo what's basically being said is that nothing can be taken for granted and the GM's will do what they want. We have to make the best of it.

I don't mind inactives being kicked actually. Just explaining the principle.

Im all hand to kick the unactive. Kicked all of them. But too much of GMs hand. Like Law, GMs make the biggest decisions.

That's false. What Law have basicly asked is if they can kill blue characters if they are in Telborea guild. Only thing I have told is you need to war the guild if you want to kill them. It's players who make decisions, not us, we just tell what the playground and rules are.

Players make the decisions, we make sure they're made within the rules.

I don't see why this is being done myself, doesn't make sense. Some people might have to stop playing for 6 months or so, it isn't hurting the religion at all. Some of these people might have 40 or so piety, thats going to suck to have to earn that back. Making it too hardcore up in here.

And that's exactly how it is supposed to be. Piety is not something to take for granted that once you deserve you own it. No, you must deserve to keep your piety if you like it. Piety allows you to receive extra bonus from the shard which in returns ask you for your RP creativity, respect for the guidelines and activity on the server. If you don't, then you can still have your own char but without the "bonus" which you are always welcome to work for again.
