at that time (20-22 gmt+1 = 19-21 gmt) people are having dinner.. and i will eat at my grandparents' and only be back at like 9pm gmt.

People's dinner time varies from like 5pm to 9 pm (and maybe more), so that's not really a good reason to change the time.
