What is real value? Auropian armors etc noone wants them. Its the demand. Prices go down in one moment and then skyrocket again. Misc sale is like gypsy camp for me. Bid, overbid, try to get it cheaper and so on. Nothing about greed.
You have in your mind that you want 400k for it then put SB: 400k or Buy out 500k.

If a rule was added that if you put something up there it had to be sold, poeple should not be allowed to withdraw bids. Both of theese suggestions are stupid imo, ofc the seller can withdraw his items if he dosen't get paid enough for them and same with a bidder if he finds another bid that's better he can just withdraw his bid.

There is still a point which was in my previous posts. He withdraws the item and puts it back to his bankbox without even telling that i want atleast that big amount of goldies for it. Both sides loose. End of story, sale closed. Put up a SB price and people think twice before bidding.

if things are going to be handled IG, having the auctioneer would be very much needed for worldwide sales, and so it should be fixed.

i think it's a bit annoying that at the end you say "i don't want to sell it for such low price", well then, put as a starting bid the smallest ammount of money you would sold that item for!

i don't know if i have done this before on forums, but if i have, i'm sorry, i will be more careful from now on.

however, i think the seller can decide to not sell the item because it simply is no longer for sale. not because the price is not good enough. well then, say the price is not good enough but say how much is good enough
