Teks are in "war" with dms but not declared.
Can they still say you infidel and bla bla bla and kill and loot?
and if for example bop are with them? can we still say that bla bla bla kill /loot?

Does this work the other way too?

Does Tekstone become subservient to Telborea, RP wise? If Tekstone is assisting the current RP of Telborea shouldn't they be labeled as robbers as well? There exist a Swiss cheese situation here.

Drop the subject already as it's been answered. Teks are not helping Telbo robbing/tax collecting. If they are it's a piety drop or excom.
