Yes.

We will create a clear specification for looting and announce it soon to clarify any can or cannot loot issues.

How does a blue char killing a red char know if he can loot the victim?

It might be time to start drawing attention towards implementation of a citizen / allegiance system that declares (but not publicly identifies) individuals so that guards defend / protect individual players appropriately.

i just wonder about one thing, wouldnt it be easier if ig we could see if robber is marked already ? this would help to avoid questions to gms or any uncertainty if person which is trying to robb you, can do it legal.

Maybe it'd be worth it to show robbers in orange just to avoid confusion and false accusations.

No rovbers should be red. Imperial orange tek black law white nature green (name tags)
