What class to choose?

Post by Shadow_Nirvana »

Well, I've been trying to class as a ranger but got bored because of the archery gains in baseclass :) I am looking for a character that's fun to play and gain skills in, while having a contribution to a group.

My thoughts are assassin or treasure hunter or a mage. What would you guys suggest?

Barbarian, if you look for challenge and interesting play.

But you'll join a religion. Its up to you.

thunter is somewhat hard to class, but you'll make shitloads of cash with it.
assassin is also somewhat hard.
mage is easy (but you need money for the regs)

Yeah, second option was to suggest the mage class - its easy/fast to train and cheap to play.

Alone you might not achieve big stuff, but you'll see slight difference when you have another mage partner.

All classes are interesting in their own way, fighters except TH, Thief and GM archery classes are pvp based.
Mageclasses all pvm except Bard and necro which work in both

Priest is best in everything complicated for new players but will get used to it trough time.

P.S: Mage is least interesting class dont make that one. Also baba is boring unless you play pvp. (like any other only melee class except TH)

Im not sure why did you say that, i turned my heighten necro to heighten mage just because of THAT reason. Necro's are badass. Badass is boring, weak is challenging.

Yep, im taking the most useless classes to make my game challenging. Its up to you what you pick, as people already sayd, its for your own likes of what you're looking for.
