Best classes for certain playstyles.

Post by Kastus »

I'd like to know which classes(preferably fighters) are better for these playstyles:

PvP, char isn't in a religion
PvP, char in religion (piety)
PvP, char in religion (piety) and boosts/bless from yourself/other players
PvM, char isn't in a religion
PvM, char in religion (piety)
PvM, char in religion (piety) and boost/bless from yourself/other players

Not only it'll help me but it'll help new players and other people to know which "main" class to choose on a char.

This will tell which classes are most popular, usualy people go for OP and if they dont want OP they go for easy.

Op = priest.
Easy = priest.

I think a priest nerf is needed ... =D

I personally say a 40 piety knight in religion is stronger than a 40 piety priest both in PvP and PvM now with the rite tweaks.

Which would make a ranger better really right? Can a nature knight use elemental protection and silence? And can a tekstone knight use grimm aura and keening, or what ever is a good tek rite these days?

Dunno if they can use the 'awesome' aura. Keening should be doable. Out of Tekstone tome the area plague was the boss, apparently. Not any more though.

Nah, knight > ranger due to mauls and higher strength. At least in PvP.

Basicly all religions will have the same amount of rites usable for Knights/Rangers. It's a known fact, that ultimately all rites are designed for Priests.
