It's down. Actually been experiencing several brief disconnection for a few seconds since a few days ago.

Yeah, after a few minutes it is back up and my steed took food immediately. So I guess the server was running but the internet just got cut.

remember if you cant connect - to try the backup connection.. Both lines should almost never be down at any one point in time.

There haven't been any shard crashes today. Have you updated your login.cfg and tried the backup connection when you're experiencing problems?

Got same issues... After few DC i download traceroute and everytime i lost connection and when i ping server it gives me nothing

you must have a broken path to the server, no shard incident - and no line cuts at any time have been present.
