Here are the results for Irming's second connection vs. Dedicated. The change panel is how much faster the dedicated server is: green means it's faster, yellow means it's slower. USA and Canada locations are colored.

About 30 ms difference to Lisbon :O

BTW it would be usefull to determine how good the connection will be for you if you take Irmings ISPs test.
You can find it in http://dbnet.dk/internet/Hastighedsmaaler. In order for this to work you have to allow the Java plugin to execute!
