There are still casters and boglings in despise if you're new you might not know how to handle that and die and if it was only for newbies nobody can come save your gear for you.

Yeah Quintoz is right... There is absolutely no point in making such a restriction, even because if it was made that way then there would be no point in making a rule against PvP in despise because there is already a rule against engaging baseclass chars in PvP.

The idea here is to provide safe hunting grounds to new players, not exactly new chars...
