Before they could go in a do a quick kill then out. Now if they want the kill they gotta camp outside. So aye, killing someone at Despise is riskier. But as I said, only if Law do their job. I hope there will be no more GM interference on this subject.

Yeah this was a great decision. But adding more restrictions like the whole outside area will only complicate things.
You can now train in peace. Now let Law handle the outside.
