I think the "if your victim doesn't flee he is free to go after the robbery" rule still applies. The combination of old and new rules is what makes robber unable to rob anything.

That one would be called Banishment. Banishment is a highly annoying rite, but nothing to be really afraid of.

Also there is the "staff approved robbers only" rule, but I've noticed some people not caring about it and robbing anyway. Not sure though.

Sure it does...

Example : Joey has been robbing every day all day nonstop, using the 3d client he has been evading Law easily. Geryn finally catches Joey and kills him, yet the robbing continues everyday all day. Finally Law is sick of it, so Geryn catches Joey again, kills Joey, then stones Joey to teach him a lesson. That should halt his robbing for a few days.

Today at least 4 people were stoned.

There is the universal rule of "no stoning of robbers is allowed". I thought it refers to all kinds of troublemakers, be them enemy religion members, helpers of enemy religion members, people who rob your religion or rob in your religion's realm or so.

Only situation in which stoning would be allowed would be if the religions agreed it can be used.

Today like 5 people got stoned and I thought I knew the rules but I suppose I did not.

And for some reason there is corruption and stoning but one religion is immune to them.
