Game quit showing up on screen

Last night and this morning, everything was fine. Now, when I try to launch the client, it shows up on the task bar, but not on the screen. I attempted it with compatibility with both Win 98/ME and Win 2000, and nothing happened. I uninstalled, and it launched once, then began again. When I used troubleshoot compatibility, it gave me the message "Can not launch Fonts Mul". I know this has happened to me before, long ago, but I can't recall the fix. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Clean install again. And again. And again.

It usually gives up giving you grief after the 3rd install.

lol Thanks. I got it working by deleting the desktop files. But if it happens again, I'll remember that!

Just fyi, there's also a weird bug with the client that apparently has been happening since 1997 where the client will be running but will load entirely off screen (and it seems to be related only to specific characters, so like one of your characters will be fine but another one will have the client load off the screen).

In this case you need to use the keyboard hot-keys to move the window back onto the visible screen. I can't remember what the hot-keys are at the moment, but Googling them brings them up easily enough.

Right click icon on taskbar and press return thats how i fix it

Tip for when stuff goes offscreen:

Click on it in your task bar
Press alt+space, then enter (in case its in full screen)
Press alt+space, then m
Press any arrow, then move mouse
