I thought I'd pass on links to the music projects I am currently working on. And if you live in the north Texas area, you should check us out sometime! If I join or start any new groups I'll post them here in the future as well.

Jet City Rotation is a prog/alternative rock group in which I play bass guitar. We've been playing gigs around Texas for almost a year and a half. Our fans compare our sound to Muse, Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age, etc.

The Cool (temporary band name) is a brand new project that is still in formation. Our sound lies somewhere between country/rock and hard/southern rock, we haven't really pinpointed our exact genre yet. I also play bass in this group. If things continue as planned, we will be recording a studio quality demo and starting to tour Texas and Oklahoma in May.

Hey pretty good, sounds more like indy rock and roll to me though. I can't find Robotic Romantic?

Good sound, but the YouTube link, whether it was just poor audio coding, or bad acoustics, but the bass sounded distorted and overpowered everything else. I played Lead for a while, and it's a bitch to get the right level so that it blends perfectly, rather than have one instrument overpower the other.

Like I said, it sounded good, just a little too heavy on the levels.

Yeah, that live youtube footage has very bad sound quality. I suggest sticking to the myspace music for now
