Sounds fine to me with malleus/keening.

And Darian, not all religions need to be the same (i.e. Imp/Nature not having an attacking rite, Imp not having an aura). Tek's got Blight which I think is a pretty good match (although granted Veritas could use a tweak).

The Malleus/Keening thing is not a big issue. Although it does bring more variance in being a Tek or Law knight, and actually may make you some what usefull in a battle. As Kerb stated being an Imperial knight all we have is melee and right now we are very much useless. As you have have 5-6 priest spamming Malleus/Veritas..plus you may have someone casting para so by the time you move in to hit your gonna be hit with all kinds of damage plus the risk of being para. Now as i see it as a knight your suppose to be a semi tank able to take damage, have good ar, and do high damge with maul/halberd. Right now priest have no fear of being hit by that powerful blessed maul because there is no way to get close enough to do so.

Im ok with with all the ideas listed so far, and I really don't care how its fixed I would just like to see pvp more fun for a Knight/Ranger..as Boris stated Priest have gotton all kinds of things and they are great like they are. So some kind of boost just for Knights/Rangers would be cool. As it is now we might as well not show up for the fight because we are just basically giving our gear away.

Then all we need to decide on is the scaling. It could be as suggested before, or we could add a bonus for 40p (again).
  • 10p - 10%
    20p - 20%
    30p - 30%
    40p - 40%

    or

    10p - 10%
    20p - 20%
    30p - 30%
    40p - 50% *)

    *) Bonus for 40p.

Im fine with that. The added bonus for 40p would be cool since Knight/Rangers have ridiculous timers as it is..so it would give you more benefit for earning it.

if by the end of this, malleus/keening makes less damage based on piety, i'm happy.
like someone said, we need the fights to be more about hitting with weapons and less about spamming rites. why do we sometimes bother using gear?it's a massive ball of 8 vs another massive ball of 8 running back and forth, too scared to break formation and attack, because if you do, or if you fail to fall back when the rest of your team falls back, you're dead.

This goes back to giving the resistance boost to Knight/Ranger. Have them somewhat able to break the formations without certain death..there for it would make them somewhat useful in the fight to an extent.

How are Rangers OP with 40p in pvp? They are basically limited with there bows in pvp if they use them at all, and that would strictly be a pvp boost to keep them alive longer.

That would give them the ability to shoot more at their opponents, ey? ;)

I've seen rangers doing 100 dmg with my bless.

So what happens if you get by 2 rangers at the same time? Trolololol.

You can quite easily die from two 60p blessed mauls/halberds too..
