I just got back on my account after retrieving a new password and everything on my character is missing. All my belonging in my bank, and even the stuff on my character... I was even dead by the healer. Is there anything the staff can do to help me out?

Maybe you havent played since the item whipe? And there was a timewarp too. Maybe thats why your char i missing?

I can give some freebie junk to get you started anyway.

And yes, there was an itemwipe in 2007 that ate everything, from bankboxes to houses, even your newbified codexes full of chants and your tomes. Everyone was affected by it "equally", be it a rich or a poor person.

I played some in 2008, like the first quarter so I don't think it was that but it could have been tho. I won't argue against it... I'll send you a bird because haveing absolutly nothing is kinda tuff. Thanks alot tho.

There seems to be some issues about connecting to the shard and i have noticed whats it about.

You cant connect with lesser patch than with 5.0.9.1?

I have asked few persons whats their patch and if they can login, seems to be that issue.
