I'd prefer to keep Tekstone and Nature 'factions' restricted to only Yew and Wind since they are not kingdoms and from my opinion don't have any RP reason to expand their borders in a way that Blackthorn/British have. Of course the members of Tek/Nat can join neutral towns aswell and enjoy the perks of them just like any other characters.

I would stick to Territories.

Aka, neutral lands on map where the guard zones dont reach.

What would those territories define or how they work?

Think its a good idea to keep a couple towns without the ability to have guards.

Mayors of the neutral towns can decide to buy or not to buy guards. By default neutral towns don't have guards. Having the possibility doesn't necessary mean they have to be there.

I couldn't find Boris's guard-zone map where the guards of Law/Imperial were able to be summoned.

Those land parts could be revised for Nature/Tekstone.
I guess ill need to think of an idea.

PS; When we're at it, can someone help me to find the map plox -_-

Is it not possible to have "neutral" guards that only protect against monsters or selected people?

Zaradon, I think you mean this idea. The territories suggested in that topic won't work simply because they aren't tempting enough to fight over. Anyway, you can continue that topic if you want to.

What you mean with the selected people? That mayor could manually choose which citizens receive the protection and which not?
Neutral town guards will by default protect the citizens of the town against anyone who attack them, NPC or PC. Being citizen will always give the advantage of being protected by the town guards, I don't see why it should be otherwise.
