you should of said that this is only for barbarians. every other class is ripped out their abilitys and so only str means something

I guess now that we are done I can drop in my pointers for improvements.

*Structured format : First round we had 2 fights while others had 3 etc.
*Cap on potions : Give each person X amount at the start of the tournament and don't refill them, forcing more of a choice when to Gheal and when to save it and wait for bandage.
*Keep gear at equal levels : Put additional potions, bandages and minor consumable items into the barrels no hallys that 2 shots you.
*Take your time : It seems like you were stressed and rushing the fights, take it easy and make sure it's done correctly and in due time. Put an estimated time frame 3 hours for example so we don't have people that need to drop out half-way through causing problems with the format.
*ROLEPLAY : Make sure to stay in-character but if you have to OOC you make sure people know that's OOC, we had alot of poeple going OOC randomly and it was just plain annoying.

There were total of three rounds:

1st round:
Team Pink versus team Green, winner green moved to finals
Team Blue versus Team Red, winner red moved to finals
Finals: Team Red versus team Green, Green won.

Green gained 2 points, Red 1 point.

2nd round:
Same thing except different pairs fought against each other

3rd round:
Same thing except the pairs changed again

Bonus round: all on all

So all in all the rounds were correct.

I agree, each team should have been given set amount of gheals/bandages which they have to save for battles.

And yes, people should have stayed IC til the GM room.
