As far as I know, it isn't possible to actually cast rites tottally silent, at least not in the way druids/necros could cast their spells silently.

The rites part will be fixed. Generally this is pointed to necros/druids ofc.

Attacking from a boat
It is illegal to attack other players from a boat with rites/spells/arrows/etc.

What if you leave your planks extended for them to have the ability to jump on the boat?

Read the previous rule. Its illegal to attack someone in public/owned ship. Just dont use the boat for pvp. Simple as that.

if you ask me, i think silent casting is a very powerful tool for druids/necros, and they should be allowed to have it if they had 115 magery/115 alore (or ss).
almost no one would have it, but those who would become ancient at both magery and their special skill, they'd have that advantage. or is too OP even if there's like 1 with it?

The thing with silent casting is you can't react to it which is one side of the argument. Or i assume anyway. Meanwhile if a priest charges you have an idea of what is going to happen. But if someone just starts their casting animation you have no idea what could be coming. And have no chance/idea how to react.

That exactly + you can break the shard rules infront of your enemy/victim.

Are some of these rules new for you?

Any boost coming to druids/necros to compensate this?
