I got a teeny weeny speed increase, but if people in Europe also got a speed increase, not sure how it was supposed to help NA players any.

theres nothing happened on my gameplay. only thing i noticed is just smaller world saves

Euro players didn't get a speedboost, most euro players were already running at full speed, this didn't change anything for us.

Correct. If Europeans were without lag before, they're still without lag and there's no differnce in their speed.

When I get home in a few days I will test and run a trace to see if the dedicated server will fix any issues. Currently in Louisiana for some military crud.

I'm down on 29ms now, 0% packageloss. This new server is brilliant.

Like I said, minuscule speed increase for me, if it helps out all the other NA players tho, then rock on.
