If we're counting all global boosts (3-4x weapon boosts, 3-4x plate boosts, 100x tome boosts/changes) it would have to be Ranger.

Priest even recieved nerfs with the past staffs considering what it started out skills wise with Repsak, just they werent as drastic decreases during Reps time as they were through later administrations.

Most boosts in my opinion would be between knight/ranger and Assassin which based on dealing with knights I would give it to them. Granted I wouldnt leave out the HUGE changes in Monk class.
