Make Shalrius a stronger version of royal that doesn't suck butt. Phoenix bones are awesome - I know we already have royal but its pretty garbage. If they were to make magic damage reduction comparable to phoenix bones with a decent AR that wouldn't really be a nerf - but I haven't tested Shalrius in its current state so I dunno.

Like large humanoid > phoenix instead royal > shalrius

As a whole, the shalrius effect is a big error in my eyes.

Cutting the entire magic damage should never happen, do you realize its cutting any int gains (including the need for manavamps)
So everyone wearing shalrius right now, needs 25% less manavamps.

Phoenix effect is the real deal in my eyes.
There's no metal working like Phoenix does, so go for that (with a good AR buff).

And considering how "hard" shalrius is to get, we should focus on giving it a stronger effect than phoenix, atleast a little bit would do.

I think Shalrius full set should give ~35% block chance since you are wearing it and sacrificing resistance from other elements.

no need..except for very specific mobs where you'll get hit even if you two tile and avoid getting "directly hit", dmg comes through the form of spells anyways..
