when the shit hits the fan, violence starts to happen. it's a matter of time before it stats everywhere else, unless things start to change.
one solution is to reduce the number of hours each person works. this means there will be more job available, but it also means that everyone will have to learn how to live with a bit less (or not, if stuff was distributed equally)
