The person stoning should be held responsible for the return of cloths, they can be arranged for pick up after the battle has ended.

Regarding stoning in my opinion, if you have killed a religion member past or presant you are elligable for a friendly 1-5 month break (line up outside despise for some sexy screenshots!) once your souls been cleansed you will have to commit another crime against that order to be elligable for enprisonment. Dont expect any religion to take it easy on you after no stoning without gm permission has been taken advantage for so long. not being able to be "jailed" for your crimes meant you could keep going out robbing, looting was just not good enough when it comes to enforcing your laws on your land.

There's no rules about unstoning. Standard shard/RP rules apply. Law is not allowed to free robbers or murderers naturally.

Meta-gaming is yet another UO-definition. Meta-gaming is when you use knowledge that your character got OOC, ex. from your alt, from a RL-friend etc.
An example of meta-gaming could be spying with an alt on your enemy.

Meta-gaming is punishable by everything from a warning, to jail time, even in game punishment can be executed, depending on the violation.
