If we are talking 1000 days I don't have to pay for plenty of MC's. Is that fair? Thoeak not paying for MC's?

They changed the salvation system already. And these threads keep coming up.

They changed nothing. The marks can go to zero, but no one can pay for their salvations yet anyway.

It's not justified because your MCs are recent, like Palma said. If you felt regret, you would not kill anyone anymore. Once it's been 1000 days since your kill, you could have one for free if Law agrees. Of course if there's a 1000 day limit, a lot of your MCs would disappear just like hundreds of mine would as well.

Is that a bad thing? I don't think so because it punishes ACTIVE murderers more than people who might have killed hundreds of players five years ago, but haven't killed many anymore. Take Crin for example, it's compeltely unfair to punish him for the actions he has done during previous administration. Once Alteran took over, the shard changed and one could say this isn't the same game anymore. This is also why Alteran gave free salvations back then. However, even if they were free, the MCs weren't removed so if you killed one player, you were red again forced to pay millions for your past crimes.

Even if there's not a 1000 day decay limit, at least remove all MCs given BEFORE the item-wipe, before Alteran's time.

If we're completely fair we'd need to remove all MCs before full loot (or at least before armor/weapon loot). People got MCs out of "friendly" PvP and fun without the possibility of any profit! Now they have to PAY for those kills even though they gained nothing but little fun PvP-action out of it - the same fun the other side gained without the risk of MCs. The truth is there had to be reds, there had to be "good and evil" so people can PvP and have fun during Alteran's time, but because there was no profit to either side, there should be no punishment either.

When I read that they "fixed" the salvation system I could only think of one thing.
