uoam once again..

so..
i installed the latest static files, and i had once again this stupid problem about the bmp files. deleted them, etc. still gives the error, so i uninstalled uoam. now i can't install it again with the uoam provived on the pangaea website
what can i do? (apart from reinstalling uo ofc)
i tried the search function but couldn't find much, i guess i'm just not that good with it
and while we're at it, what's that new square with red background in the dungeons part of uoam?

It's sounds to me, that you don't have full access to the UOAM folder (Administrator rights) by your OS.

Not all places on the map are accessible by players, until they are open. And you do not need to know all before then.

I was having this problem before - sorry I can't be of more help. I know its a frustrating pain in the ass... I think I ended up reinstalling everything and it seemed to get fixed - I know that's not the answer you were looking for but good luck.
