Creating Account?

I do not currently have an account and when I try to create one on the webpage it tells me the server is offline or busy at the moment. I see that the server is listed as open for the beta play-through. Will new accounts be allowed or will I need to wait until the shard is officially open?

I already have an account so I just logged in as usual after updating the login file.

You may need to contact a GM, blckfire should be around soon.
