Hiring Houseworkers

I am looking for houseworkers, to carry specific tasks.
I have some requirements, and if you fill in all the requirements, i will grant you an interview and quite possible hire you.
I'm looking for a window cleaner, preferably a female, needs to be tall, having long arms and a clean breath.
Also looking for a good gardener, to keep the garder tidy and neet as possible, can either be a male or a female, needs to love gardening of course and be a tidy person.
I value personal higiene honesty and thrust very much, and have high standars about it.
