readd the ability to change magic cloth type?

oh yeah now i remembered why i come back to the boards. i personally have never cut one of my cloths because i didnt want to see them drop -2. i asked if a +8 pair of long pants could be changed to a massive cloth of other sorts and they replied we could no longer do that. so im making a poll to see what people think about bringing it back. i think it was a good idea whoever implemented it; even though i never had used it.
