Conversations with a Counselor
Counselors are normal players who are using their playing time to answer question related to the game. When you page a counselor, treat him with respect and talk in a polite manner. Disrespect towards a counselor can be a subject for punishment.

When to page a Counselor
If you have In-Game related questions, such as how to get started, skill gains, where to buy a long sword etc. Counselors will help you by answering your questions, but they aren’t obligated to share secrets that they have worked hard to find out. Here’s a few examples:

• If there is an ongoing quest, and you have tried to find it yourself but failed, then you can ask a counselor how to join the quest.
• If you have trouble finding the guild master for the class you wish to join.
• If you are having trouble understanding one of the shard rules, or can’t find any info about a special subject.

It’s good to keep in mind, that counselors are here to help you and there are no stupid questions. Don’t hesitate to contact them.

When NOT to page a Counselor
Counselors are not obligated to help you retrieve your items if you die or if you wish to buy some player made item.
