Despise declared a newbie dungeon

Despise is from now on officially a newbie dungeon.
  • You are not allowed to introduce any form of PvP inside Despise.
  • If however the RP has been done outside of Despise and the victim/enemy runs inside Despise, normal PvP/looting rules apply.
Proper signs have been added in front and inside of Despise to alert all players.
